In 1995, Josée Rousseau, president and founder of Staff, realized that there was an important element missing in the field of promotions and special events. In 1997, Staff Event Personnel became incorporated as an agency in the placement of event personnel specializing in the recruitment of professionals in public interactions. 

Throughout the years, Staff has assisted event planners and promotional agencies to surpass themselves as well as get extraordinary results with the participation of professional and high caliber personnel that are carefully selected to be to the client’s needs and image. Since 1998, Staff has become the most important firm of personnel placement in the province of Quebec.

Today, Staff Personnel has a great number of prestigious clients for whom we satisfy their personnel needs at many different levels: Montreal Grand Prix, Molson Ex Zone, AMT, RDS, Laurentian Bank, Bell Center, TVA and many more. Staff is now active in over 600 projects per year with more than 400 active and available employees.
